FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Can I customize a message or logo for my event?
    Of course! We work with you to create a printout that will compliment your theme and colors. We can use any artwork or logos you have too!
  • My event is outside, is this a problem?
    Not a problem at all, however we do require a few things for outdoor events. The photo booth needs to be on a solid level surface. A hill won't cut it. Our power source needs to be 15ft or closer. We need to be under a tent.
  • What are the venue requirements for the photo booth?
    The photo booth requires 8’ x 8’ total area Standard outlet
  • What areas do you service?
    Our home base is in Memphis, TN and we service it and all the surrounding areas. We will travel outside our 30mile radius from 38134 for a nominal travel fee of $1.00 per mile.
  • How early do I need to reserve my photo booth rental?
    A $200 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your date. The final balance is due 14 days prior to your event. We recommend booking as soon as possible to ensure your date of choice is reserved. Our schedule fills quickly!
  • Do the photos print out at the event?
    Yes! Your photos are printed immendiately after your session ends, usually within 8-10 seconds.
  • I have about 150 guests, which package should I get?
    On average, an event with 150+ guests, will typically be great with a 3 hours active time. Every 50+ guests, we recommend adding 1 active hour.
  • I hired a photographer, why do I need a photo booth?
    Having a photo booth at your event has become a major attraction and creates a fun atmosphere at your event! The photographer/videographer have a tendency to mainly focus on the couple and close family members, only to get a few candid shots of other guests. The booth creates a fun and exciting atmosphere for all to enjoy! It is a special party favor they will be sure to look back on for years to come!
  • Does someone stay with the booth at the event?
    Yes! There will be at least one attendant to assist guests and make sure everyone is having fun and that the booth operates properly throughout your event.

How do your prices compare to the competition?

What competition??? When you book with Selfie Memphis Photo Booth you are booking an experience, the best in the business! We take pride in offering the highest quality entertainment and photos at a fair price. You will find a company with a lower price but generally the lower price comes with reduced amenities! There are many excellent photo booth companies and we are competitively priced with them. However even the best of them can’t offer the most elegant tower on the market, studio lighting, dye-sub printing, luxe backdrops, premium props, professional graphics and unlimited 4x6 prints!
